High Purity Gadolinium Sputtering Target (Gd)

Gadolinium (Gd) sputtering target is a sputtering target composed of high purity europium metal. It has a melting point of 1312°C, a boiling point of 3250°C, a density of 7.895g/cm3 , and is a silver-white, relatively stable metal in air. Gadolinium has thermal neutron capture surface, can be used as reactor control materials and protective materials; with gadolinium salt by magnetization refrigeration can be obtained close to the ultra-low temperature.
