Application of Zirconium Nitride Target (ZrN)

Zirconium nitride is a hard ceramic material similar to titanium nitride and a refractory material similar to cement. Therefore, it is used for refractory materials, cermets, and laboratory crucibles. When using the physical vapor deposition coating process for coating, it is typically used to coat medical equipment, industrial components (especially drill bits), automotive and aerospace components, and other components susceptible to high wear and corrosion environments.
